How does the NOWA 4S system work?
Detect
Water is detected; the alert is triggered.
The NOWA 4S system detects leaks using wireless detectors strategically placed in high-risk areas such as around the water heater, near the washing machine, or under the sink. These ultra-sensitive detectors ensure fast and accurate alerts.
Stop
The water supply shuts off automatically.
As soon as a detector detects water, it sends a secure, encrypted signal to the central 4S control panel. The panel immediately triggers the automatic valve installed on the main water line, cutting off the strata’s water supply. Water flow is stopped in almost no time, preventing significant damage.
Notify
You are informed of the location of the controlled leak.
Simultaneously, the system notifies users and building managers by email as well as through the mobile app, web portal, and central control panel. The exact location and time of the leak are clearly indicated.
Control
All dry? Reset the system.
Once the leak is fixed and the detector is completely dry, the system can be reset via the 4S control panel, the mobile app, or the PRESENCE web portal.
